We specially chose the city of Miami for you to enjoy its beauty and atmosphere. Time spent on the ocean is very healthy for the lungs and skin. The house you will stay in has an unbelievably relaxing lake view, where you will practice different styles of yoga that massage internal organs.
Meditations and sound healing will help you to hear yourself and get away from the stress that we all have in life. We will take you to a Russian hot spa where you will be beaten with birch leaves and then jump into the cool ocean, scrub and mask included. The combination of hot and cold temperatures is beneficial for blood vessel strengthening and much more. Nourishing food and juices 3 times a day to keep you going are waiting on the table with a water view.
Our private yacht tour will please your eyes and energize you with positive emotions for your hormones. Nail-standing is an intriguing and profound experience that aids in the release of buried resentments and fears. One session of relaxing massage right in your bed will take you to beautiful dreams. Djacuzzy and pool with a view every day on free time to memorise the moment. You will have free time to explore the incredible city. The paddle boarding experience also won't leave you indifferent. Kayaking around the lake is for you to discover the neighborhood. You will make new friends.
"BreezeOfHealing'' yoga retreat is an all-inclusive experience! When you book your plane tickets and get an Uber to our dream house, you won't need to worry about anything at all! (Entirely all the extra activities that we will have outside of the house, such as paddleboarding, private yacht, Russian hot sauna, massage, scrub, etc., are included in the cost).
